PCRAThe PCRA, the ultimate crate late model series, continues its “May Parade” of events this Friday night at the ultra-fast Fayette County Speedway. Mark Oller will again be defending his narrow point margin, while drivers such as Dauderman and Walston really begin to hit their stride. Bobby Dauderman of Alhambra, Ill., earned $1,000 last Saturday at St. Francois County Raceway with a victory on the Pro Crate Racers of America tour. Dauderman out ran Jeff Walston of Paducah, Ky., for his first series victory of the season.

On Saturday the series will make the trek south to the new venue of Clarksville, Tn to do battle on the red clay. The speedy quarter mile will be hosting the Crate Series for the first time this Saturday and local hot shoe Clayton Miller will look to continue his early season dominance to pick up a cool $1000.

Then on Sunday the series heads back to the Blue Grass State, as the drivers look to tackle Windy hollow Speedway, in Owensboro, Kentucky, for the Memorial Day classic. Last year’s show was sailed off with by the captain of the black pearl and current driver, Scott Weber, would like nothing more than to continue the Kehrer Brothers crate dominance.
