BROWNSTOWN, IL – Fayette County Speedway, a high-banked, large 1/4-mile dirt oval located on the Fayette County Fairgrounds in Brownstown, Ill. is gearing up for the 2011 season.
The Season Opener is scheduled for Friday, April 1 (weather permitting). The 2011 Schedule includes racing programs most Friday evenings April through August. Additional events may be added to the schedule in coming weeks.
For all 2011 Regular Events, pit and grandstand gates will open at 5:00 p.m. The evening’s hot laps session will begin at 7:00 p.m., with racing immediately following hot laps. Regular shows will feature UMP DIRTcar sanctioned Modifieds, Street Stocks and  Hornets. Regular shows will also feature the 2-man Team Car division.
