Pevely, MO (July 22, 2014) Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 features one of the greatest nights of the year for kids as well as fans this Saturday, July 26th. The Christmas in July Nickel Race for kids 12 years and younger features thousands of dollars in prizes for kids to win. All prizes were donated by racers, sponsors, fans and other supporters and provides an exciting experience for kids as they pick up nickels (and other coins) off the track. They are looking for specially marked nickels that will win all types of special prizes that includes nearly 100 bikes and many other awesome gifts.

This Saturday is also Fan Appreciation Night. Grandstand admission will be only $6 withs kids 12 years and younger free.

Everyone will be treated to a full program of racing including UMP DIRTcar Late Models, UMP DIRTcar Modifieds, UMP DIRTcar/AARA Sportsman & UMP DIRTcar/AARA Pro 4 Stocks.

Grandstands open at 5pm with racing at 7pm. The Kid’s Nickel Race will be held at intermission.

Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 is located in Pevely, MO just off Interstate 55 at exits 180 and 178.

Anyone still wishing to donate prizes to the kids Nickel Race may still do so. They can drop them off at the track anytime on Saturday or just bring them to the track with them when they come to the races!
