Millstadt, IL – Due to the retirement of Norm and Yvonne Horn, Lincoln Speedway has decided to close its doors for the remainder of 2015 before re-opening in 2016 under new management from Bob Sargent and Track Enterprises. Therefore, the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series show scheduled for Friday, October 9th at Lincoln Speedway has been switched to Jacksonville Speedway. Friday’s show on October 9th will be for the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series, while Saturday’s show on October 10th will be showcasing both the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midgets and the POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micros.
Also, a makeup date for the August 22nd rained out show at Macon Speedway has been set for Saturday, October 3rd replacing Belle-Clair Speedway. Both the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series and the POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro Series will be at Belle-Clair Speedway on October 2nd for the Charlene Meents Memorial before heading north to Macon Speedway on Saturday, October 3rd. Pit passes and entry fees paid at Macon Speedway on August 22nd will be good for the October 3rd show.
