OCALA, Fla. – Finishing second in your second night in an outlaw non-wing car would be impressive enough, but when the winner is disqualified for an unapproved right rear tire, you become the winner – the night becomes even more memorable.

Jett Nunly, from Marlow, OK, continued the Oklahoma dominance for the week, picking up his first career PureMax Racing Oil HART Non-Wing Micro Series presented by EMi, during Night #4 of Florida Micro Speedweek.

Nate Lauderbaugh led flag-to-flag to pick up the HART Winged Outlaw feature event, over Parker Perry, Mt. Vernon, Ind., second; and Harley Hollan, Tulsa, Okla., third.

Miken Iverson, Galesville, Wis., picked up his second straight HART Jr. Sprint feature win, after starting fifth. Jagger Wiggs, Benton, Ill., finished second, while Grayson Cooksey, Thompsonville, Ill., was third.

Brody Bridgeman, Farmington, Mo., had another dominating performance enroute to his second HART Restrictor feature win in as many nights. Beckham Malone, Rock Hill, SC, finished in the second spot, while Giancarlo Ramessar, Kennesaw, GA, was third.

It was heartbreak in the tech area for Ocala, Florida’s, Robbie Smith, who won on the track as the first Floirda resident to be first to the checkered flag during the week. However, an unapproved D25 was on the right rear of the car.

Speedweek rules require an ASCS2, KS1 or US6A stamped right rear.

While Nunley’s charge from his 6th starting spot to win was impressive, Chelby Hinton put on a masterful drive.

Hinton started 15th in the feature and drove all the way up to second, while James Roselli, who started on the pole, finished third.

Collin White, finished fourth, while Jackson White was fifth.

Oklahoma (Nunley), Louisiana (Hinton), Pennsylvania (Roselli & C. White), and New Jersey (J. White), were all represented in the top five. It was the first night that a Florida driver wasn’t awarded a top five finish during the week.

Daison Pursley, who had won the first three features of Florida Micro Speedweek, was leading – from fourth – when he broke a steering arm and ultimately spun out of the race in turn two. The part failure ended his three-race win streak before he could make it four in a row.

Todd Kirkman, from Kokomo, Ind., was the Chemstream Race Fuels High Passing Points winner with 123 points.

Hinton picks up the Mark Reynolds Septic Drainer $50 Hard Charger award, and the Vision 1 Composites contingency.

Cole Dewease is the TW Racecars Hard Luck Award winner, with a 19th place finish, after clipping a tire early in the feature and being forced out of the race.
