St. Charles, MO (April 18th, 2019) – Heavy rains early Thursday morning along with steady showers forecast for Thursday night into Friday morning have forced track officials at Belle-Clair Speedway and Tri-City Speedway to cancel the racing action scheduled for Friday, April 19th.
Belle-Clair Speedway’s next event will be Friday, April 26th with the Knepper Memorial featuring the POWRi National Midget Series, POWRi 600cc Outlaw Micros and UMP DIRTcar Pro Modifieds.
Tri-City Speedway’s next event will be Friday, April 26th that will feature the Hoker Trucker Best in the Business 50 featuring the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. The UMP DIRTcar Modifieds and B-Modifieds will also each be racing for $1,000 to win as well.
The POWRi WAR Sprint event that was scheduled for Friday, April 19th at Tri-City Speedway has been rescheduled for Friday, August 30th which will be in conjunction with the MOWA Wing Sprint Car Series event on that night. Both POWRi WAR and MOWA Sprints will each be running $2,000 to win feature events. So fans will be treated to Winged and non-winged sprints on the same night.
