Lebanon, Mo. – The Lebanon Midway Speedway is prepared to heat-up the racing season in the Ozarks on Friday and Sat April 1&2 with the running of the 2nd annual Spring Fling.
Action on Friday Night will feature qualifying heats and pole dashes for the drivers on Friday night in the Aaron’s Sales and Lease B-Modifieds, Central Bank Factory Stocks, Coldwell Banker Street Stocks, Pure Stocks and the ever growing and popular Midwest Modz.
Sat night April 2nd will feature any last chance races along with the feature events in all 5 of those classes plus the high-horse power of the A-Modifieds as they will run a complete show consisting of Time Trials, Qualifying heats and a $500 to win feature event.
Gates will open at 5PM both night while Friday Night action will see hotlaps starting at 7PM with Racing at 8PM.Sat nights event will move everything up 30 minutes with hotlaps at 6:30 followed by A-Mod time Trials and Racing slated for 7:30PM
The winners of both the B-Mods and Factory Stocks will pocket $750 with the Street Stock winner grabbing $400 to win,the Midwest Modz winner grabs $300 and the Pure Stock winner takes home $250.There is no entry fee and pit passes are $30 each night with a solid payout down the line.
The speedway put over 25 loads of new dirt on the track and despite cold conditions has hosted 2 practice days with a strong  turnout of drivers waiting to start the racing season.
Defending Spring Fling champions are Tyson Troutman of Houston(Factory Stocks) Colt Cheevers of Macks Creek(B-Mods) Joe Francis of Lebanon(Street Stocks) Grant Sharp of Conway(Pure Stocks) and Little JC Newell of Stoutland (MidWest Modz).
Grandstand Admission on Friday Night is $10 for Adults with kids 10 and under Free while Sat night is $15 for Adults while kids 10 and under are Free.
Season passes are on sale for the action packed 2011 season at the Midway and VIP Booths can be purchased nightly.
