Below is a drawing of what county officials would like the redesigned Belle-Clair Fairgrounds and Speedway to look like. This is an initial design and not yet finalized. They are still in the process of acquiring all of the properties that would be needed for this design.

The proposed $14 million renovation includes plans to bring back the St. Clair County Fair along with flea markets, craft and other type shows.
