Driver-Sponsor Appreciation Night, Along With First Kids Castle Kid’s Club Event of the Year at Macon Speedway this Saturday night!

Macon SpeedwayMacon, IL – Macon Speedway will be hosting their first Driver-Sponsor Appreciation Night of the season this coming Saturday, April 16th.  Fans will have the chance to enter onto the track to obtain autographs and photos with their favorite local heros.  It will also be the first of five Kid’s Club events of the year with exciting new activities planned for all of Macon Speedway’s youngest fans to participate in.   The Kid’s Club sponsored by Kid’s Castle will have pizza in the pavilion at 6:00PM.

Saturday night’s schedule will feature all six UMP divisions, including the Chevrolet Late Models, Billingsley Towing Modifieds, Touchstone Energy Sportsman, Street Stock, Pro Hornets, and the Amateur Hornets.

Macon Speedway offers fun family entertainment every Saturday night from April to September.  With many fan favorite events on schedule, including two “Night of NASCAR Stars” nights planned and the famous Herald and Review 100, UMP’s premier SummerNational event, Thursday, July 7.   2011 is stacking up to be a memorable year.  Be sure to come join Macon Speedway for an action packed summer.

Saturday, April 16 gates will open at 5:00 and racing will start at 7:00.  Adults are $12 and kids 12 and under get in for free with a paying adult.

April 23 features Lucas Oil National Midget Series POWRi racing. Make plans to see the best Midget racing in the Midwest. Pits open at 4:00PM, front gates at 5:00PM and racing at 7:00PM.
