World of Outlaws Late Model Series(BRIGHT, INDIANA) Scott James and the Warrior House Car team followed the World of Outlaws Late Model Series tour to a trio of Tennessee facilities over the April 26-28 weekend for $10,000 to win tilts. On Friday night at the Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tennessee, Scott timed in tenth fastest in Group A during the qualifying session and later ran third in his heat race. After starting the 50-lap feature event from the outside of the fifth row, Scott ran inside of the top ten through much of the distance before eventually winding up eleventh in the final rundown.

Following a rain-out on Saturday evening at the bad-fast Tazewell Speedway in Tazewell, Tennessee, the #1G team wrapped up the weekend on Sunday at the Duck River Raceway Park in Wheel, Tennessee. Scott posted the fifteenth quickest lap overall during time trials before vaulting up to finish second in his heat race. After redrawing the third starting spot prior to the 50-lap A-Main, the Bright, Indiana ace was running second on lap 47 when the top three frontrunners were involved in a wreck with a lapped car. Scott was able to finish all fifty circuits after the incident, but was credited with a disappointing eleventh place effort. He now finds himself tied for seventh in the latest WOOLMS point standings. Complete results from the action-packed weekend can be accessed by clicking on www.woolms.com.

The Warrior House Car team will follow the World of Outlaws Late Model Series to the Peach State of Georgia on May 3-4 for two more $10,000 to win affairs. A trip to the historic Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, Georgia is up first on Friday night, while the doubleheader weekend will conclude on Saturday evening at the Swainsboro Raceway in Swainsboro, Georgia. Both one-day extravaganzas will feature qualifying, heat races, consolation events, and a 50-lap A-Main. Additional information can be obtained by logging onto www.woolms.com.
