Victory goes to Cornell at RCR opener

ASCS WarriorBryan Hulbert – MOBERLY, Mo. (August 31, 2013) Jonathan Cornell continued his dominance of the Speedway Motors Warrior Region, opening the weekend double header at Randolph County Raceway with his seventh triumph of the season.

Lining up sixth, the VKCC Motorsports No. 28 worked to the lead on Lap 12, going unchallenged from thee. Randy Martin, Josh Fisher, Russ Hall, and Jon Agan completed the top five after the Iowa driver led the first 11 circuits.

Randy Hibbs, Wyatt Burks, Miranda Arnold, Evan Martin, and Zach Davis made up the top ten.

The Speedway Motors Warrior Region returns to the Randolph County Raceway on Sunday, September 1 with several Lucas Oil ASCS presented by MAVTV American Real driver expected to be in attendance for the $4,000 to win finale.
