Brad-Loyet-300x178(Bill W) November 18, 2015 – Brad Loyet is heading to New Zealand.  The Sunset Hills, Missouri sprint car ace will compete in three events there.  It will be his first sprint car competition in the country, but he is not a stranger to competing in New Zealand.  He has campaigned a midget there on three occasions.

Brad will compete at Western Springs Speedway in Auckland November 28th and December 5th.  On December 1, he will be at the Robertson Holden International Speedway in Palmerston.

Springs Promotions made it possible for Brad to race in New Zealand.  “We shipped our car down there to race,” he says.  “So we’ll be in our equipment.  I need to thank Springs Promotions for helping us get down there.”

Others are helping get “Mr. Excitement” to New Zealand.  “We’re also getting help from Apparel Line, Ltd. (www.ApparelLine.co.nz),” says Brad.  “They service the fashion and apparel industry as far as transporting their goods to businesses and consumers.”

Brad has one particular goal in mind.  “It would be cool to win a race in three different countries this year,” he says.  “We were able to win in both the United States and Canada this year.  We’d like to add New Zealand to that list.”

There is much more to this trip than racing.  “I’m staying with a buddy of mine down there, so this is a vacation too,” says Brad.  “I met him on my first trip there, and he was the best man at my wedding.  For me to go down there and race is a bonus, but at the same time, I’ve met a lot of people that makes going down there special.  I’m going to take my wife this year, and she’s never been.  That will be neat too.  You’re pretty lucky to get to go halfway around the world, race and have fun at the same time.”
