St. Charles, MO (April 15th, 2016) With a great weather forecast, all of the St. Louis area race tracks will be action this weekend. Things get started on Friday night with action at several area tracks.
Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon Beach, IL will host the Deuces Wild event which pays $2,000 to win for MOWA Sprint Cars, UMP Late Models and UMP Modifieds. Grandstands open at 5:30pm and racing starts at 7:15pm.
Belle-Clair Speedway in Belleville, IL will host the WAR Non Wing Sprint Series tonight along with POWRi Micros Sprints and Mod Lites/Dwarf Cars. Racing gets underway at 7pm.
Lincoln Speedway in Lincoln, IL will have their season opener tonight with UMP Pro Late Models, Street Stocks, Modifieds, Hornets and DII Midgets. Racing is set to start at 7pm.
Rt. 45 Raceway in Flora, IL will also be action tonight and Saturday night with their two day B-Modified special that pays $5,000 to win on Saturday. Action gets underway at 7pm.
A lot of action is on the slate for Saturday night as well.
Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, MO will have a complete show on Saturday featuring UMP Late Models, UMP Modifieds, UMP Pro Modifieds, AARA Sportsman & AARA Pro 4 Stocks. Racing is scheduled to start at 7pm.
St. Francois County Raceway in Farmington, MO will be in action Saturday night with the WAR Non Wing Sprint Series along with Modifieds, B-Modifieds and Street Stocks. Racing gets underway at 7pm.
Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, IL will also be in action Saturday with a B-Modified special paying $1,000 to win. They will also be racing UMP Modifieds, Pure Streets and Hornets. Racing gets underway at 7pm.
Macon Speedway in Macon, IL is also in action Saturday with UMP Pro Late Models, Modifieds, B-Modifieds, Sportsman, Street Stocks and Hornets. Racing gets underway at 7pm.
Gateway Motorsport Park will also be in action with various drag racing events on Friday and Saturday.
Highland Speedway in Highland, IL will be off this weekend and resumes racing next Saturday, April 23rd.
