Inside Line Promotions – BARTLETT, Tenn. (April 22, 2019) – Jason Sides is rejuvenated following his first scheduled weekend off since February.
Sides recharged his batteries at home with his family last weekend while the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series was off for the final time until the first weekend in November.
“It was a good off weekend at home with family and now we’re recharged and ready to get back at it this weekend,” he said.
A World of Outlaws tripleheader is on tap as the series ventures to Lake Ozark Speedway in Eldon, Mo., on Friday; Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Mo., on Saturday; and Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville, Ill., on Sunday.
Sides has improved his feature finish during three career World of Outlaws starts at Lake Ozark Speedway, including a 14th-place result last year.
An Outlaws win in 2012 highlighted many starts at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55.
“The track is fun to run,” he said. “You can run the top, bottom or middle. It’s a fun race track to run around even if you’re not in the lead. It’s just a fun track to rip around.”
Sides has competed at Jacksonville Speedway twice, posting his career-best finish of eighth during his debut in 2014.
