MUSKEGON, MI — July 10, 2019 — Mooresville, NC driver Nick Hoffman had his Elite racecar set to perfection as he won his seventh DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals Feature at Thunderbird Raceway. Hoffman ran away with the $1,000.00 payday from the pole position.

Hoffman set the front row with local Todd Sherman, jumping to a very large lead while one-time winner with the tour, Curt Spalding, raced his way to second. The show continued behind them as Sherman, Bob Baldwin, and Jacob Poel battled three-wide for third.

Poel won the battle for third, and Spalding gave it his all around the bottom trying to catch Hoffman, but Hoffman was just too good. Hoffman claimed his 20th career Summit Modified Nationals victory, making it seven in 2019.

Summit Modified Nationals action continues Thursday, July 11 at I-96 Speedway in Lake Odessa, MI before continuing to Oakshade Speedway in Wauseon, OH this Friday and Saturday, July 12-13. Watch every lap live on DIRTVision.com.
