(04/24/12)- With the start of the PCRA Racing Series season quickly approaching we are pleased to announce the addition of several new sponsors to the series for the 2012 racing season. The PCRA Racing Series has teamed up with Bell Helmets By Steve Thomas, Hinchman Racing Uniforms, and Hooker Harness to award series drivers contingency awards for safety equipment throughout the 2012 racing season. These awards will be presented to series drivers via certificate at the end of each racing event. Bell Helmets by Steve Thomas will award the 4th place finishing driver at each racing event a $50 contingency award good toward the purchase of a Bell Racing Helmet. Hinchman Racing Uniforms will award the 7th place driver at each racing event a $50 contingency award good toward the purchase of a Hinchman Racing Uniform. Hooker Harness will award the 11th place driver at each racing event a $40 contingency award good toward the purchase of a custom Hooker Harness racing harness. In addition to these awards, Hooker Harness will also award a $150 contingency award to the Highest Points finisher in the series that is a current Hooker Harness user. To receive this award, the driver must have a current set of Hooker Harness belts installed and must have participated in no less than 5 events during the 2012 season.
