Clarksville Speedway(HARRISBURG, ILLINOIS) The Riggs Motorsports team and driver Jason Riggs ventured south to the Clarksville Speedway in Clarksville, Tennessee on Saturday evening, November 2 for a special event, which paid $1,500 to the winner. Jason went out late in qualifying and posted the fourth quickest lap of the 18 competitors on hand.

After a strong third place effort in the dash, Jason rolled off starting from the inside of the second row in the 20-lap main event. With the track providing for minimal passing during the A-Main, the Harrisburg, Illinois native moved up to second on the initial start of the race and eventually recorded an impressive runner-up performance behind only victor Tanner English. Full results from Clarksville can be accessed online at www.clarksvillespeedway.com.

Jason and his #81jr team will sit idle over the upcoming November 8-9 weekend, but will storm back into action in their season finale on November 15-16 at the Duck River Raceway Park in Wheel, Tennessee. The 2nd Annual ‘Deep Fried 75’ will be held at DRRP next weekend and the unsanctioned event boasts a $10,000 top prize. Qualifying and heat races are scheduled for Friday night, while the consolation events and the 75-lap A-Main are slated for Saturday evening.
