Lebanon,Mo.-Action this week at the Lebanon Midway Speedway will be even hotter than the weather as the track is ready for its unique format for the 2nd annual Hot Summer nights 2 day event.

This event features a different type of qualifying structure as classes in the B-Mods,FactoryStocks,Midwest Modz,StreetStocks(Bombers) and PureStocks will start the action on Thursday Night with a double-elimination bracket tournament.Drivers will draw for their first round opposition and will go head-to-head to see who earns the pole spots for Friday Night’s Feature events.How you finish the tournament is how you line-up for Friday Night.

There is NO Entry Fee,only your pitpasses which are $30 each night.The track is offering a large amount of bonus points towards the 2011 Central Chase For The Championship and drivers must compete both nights to earn the Bonus points.B-Mods running the GM 602 Crate Motor may run their 4 barrell,but the weight is 2550 and have the 6200 RPM Chip.

Friday night will feature the return of the A-Mods in a $500 to win event along with Time Trials and qualifying heats for the A-Mods along with the features for the B-Mods,FactoryStocks,StreetStocks,Midwest Modz and PureStocks and any last chance races if needed.You win FridayNight’s feature and you take home the winner’s check.Pitpasses Friday night are also $30.If a driver competes only on Friday night he or she will be racing for 1/2 of the purse position along with starting at the rear of the pack.

Grandstand gates open both nights at 5:30(Thursday/Friday July 28/29) with hotlaps starting at 7:10 each night and racing action at 8PM.

Thursday nights admission is only $10 for the tournament action for Adults while Juniors(8-15) are $5 and under 8 Free.

Friday night’s admission will be $15 for Adults while kids prices remain the same.
