Street stocks were the first feature races. Chip Shaddox and Brian Welliver raced side by sided early on battling for the lead. Caution would fly early with a terrifying crash involving Terry Moss as Moss came out of turn 4 he collected the wall causing him to roll 2 times down the front stretch. Moss was uninjured but his night was done. The field took the green with Shaddox at the point with Welliver and Henry Whalley hot on his heels. Shawn Hendren worked his way into the mix running the high side and looked to be a threat to win until engine problems retired him for the evening. Shaddox Welliver and Whalley battled in a tight group for the lead with Shaddox taking the win.
Hobby Stocks saw long time veteran Allen Guthry showing his experience would be unmatched taking the feature win.
B Mods brought out exciting door to door and wheel to wheel racing. Brad Smith and Jerry Brown would lead the field to green. Smith would take the early lead with Mike Streigel and Jerry Brown making it a 3 way challenge for the lead. Streigel would commit to the low line with Smith running the cushion. Streigel was able to take the lead after he and Smith ran door to door for numerous laps. Once Streigel got out front he didn’t look back and took the win.
Late Models were next out, Matt Johnson and Larry Jones lead the field in to turn 1 with Johnson up high and Jones mod track. Johnson and Jones would swap the lead back and forth with Chris Watts in striking distance. Johnson found the fast lane up high and was able to take the feature win.
A Mods was the last feature to get the crowd on their feet. Tim Setzer and Shawn Nations would bring the track to life charging into turn 1 with not enough room to fit a piece of paper between the two. Setzer took the lead going into turn 3. Nations would get pressure from Whitey Folk Chase Jones and Josh Poe. Setzer was able to stretch out his lead while Nations Folk Poe Jones Randy Zimmerman and Nick Pence wowed the crowd running 3 and 4 wide. Setzer would go on to claim the victory.
