central-arizona-racewayBatesville, Arkansas (01/09/13) – While in the midst of opening his 2013 campaign in Arizona with the Wild West Shootout and Winter Extreme, Billy Moyer Jr. has inked a new principal sponsor for Jr. Motorsports.

Billy Moyer Jr. and Jr. Motorsports are proud to announce that NXM Powerline and Sparks Motorsports have come on board as a principal sponsor for the 2013 season.

“I’m extremely excited to welcome NXS Powerline and Sparks Motorsports to my great group of marketing partners,” an elated Moyer Jr. commented on Wednesday afternoon. “Jaradda Sparks is a great supporter of our sport, and his support of my team is going to really allow me to expand my program. I’m very thankful for his sponsorship as well as all of my great supporters.”

Billy is currently in the middle of a series of races over two weeks in Arizona. Last weekend he competed in the 7th Annual Wild West Shootout at Central Arizona Raceway (Casa Grande, Arizona), and on Saturday night he finished ninth, while mechanical issues relegated him to a sixteenth place finish on Sunday evening.

The team will resume action this Saturday at Tucson International Raceway (Tucson, Arizona) with a $3,000-to-win event in the opening round of the Winter Extreme before taking part in a $5,000-to-win race on Sunday afternoon. Then a $3,000-to-win race will be hosted on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday before the six race, miniseries concludes on Sunday afternoon with the annual Bill Cheesbourg Memorial, which pays $10,000-to-win.
