Brandon Jones Wins The SCOTT Get Geared Up 200 presented by Federated Car Care at Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis. This is his second straight ARCA win. Austin Wayne Self came in second and Frank Kimmel came in third.

Brandon Jones was the race polesitter and prior to the race said his car was a little tight for much of the day. Despite that, he was the fastest car in both practices, qualifying and eventually the race. He set a track record during Menards Pole Qualifying presented by Ansell with his lap of 22.268 seconds, or 110.904 mph.
For Jones, this was his second career win in ARCA, winning earlier this year at Winchester Indiana.
“This is our place,” said Jones referring to his new favorite state.
Ken Schrader racing for the second night in a row, qualified his Federated Auto Parts Chevrolet in 3rd position. For the first half of the race Schrader contended but after a caution and restart on lap 101 his car seemed to fade and eventually got a lap down. Then a caution on lap 156 Schrader was able to pit and get fresher tires and then was able move up the grid and finished
Mason Mitchell, in the No. 98 Musselman’s-Wildlife Foundation of Florida-TTS Ford, qualified in second. By finishing second in qualifying, Mitchell picked up 10 bonus points and now has a 35-point lead in the ARCA Racing Series driver point standings starting the 200-lap race. But it was a nightmare evening for the points leader as his car retired after lap 150 and was taken behind the wall and did not finish the race. He fell to second in the points.
