The MARS DIRTcar Series and the top drivers from the UMP DIRTcar Series will go head to head this weekend August 22 – 23, 2014 at Paducah International Raceway in Paducah, KY and Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, MO. Both races will have group qualifying / time trials to set the heat races. Tire rule is Hoosier LM-20, Hoosier LM-40 or WRS-55 ONLY.

The countdown is on for Paducah International Raceway’s $5,000 to win Chris Smith Memorial / USA World 50 on Friday, August 22nd. Pit Gates open at 4:00 PM. Grandstands open at 5:00 PM. Hot Laps are at 7:00 PM, with Racing at 7:30 PM. Support Classes are Modifieds and Crate Late Models. Grandstand admission is $25. The inaugural USA World 50 was held in 1978. Former race winners include Jerry Inman, Tom Helfrich, Larry Moore, Russ Petro, Phil Gregory, NASCAR veteran Jeff Purvis, and former UMP National Champions Terry English, Shannon Babb, Jason Feger and Brian Shirley. On Saturday, August 23rd – Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, MO is a high banked 1/3 mile dirt oval known for its lightening quick side by side racing, will host the $5000 to win UMP / MARS Challenge. Support classes will include the UMP Modifieds, AARA Sportsman & AARA Pro 4 Stocks. Grandstand admission is $25 with kids 12 years and younger FREE. Pit passes will be $30, kids 6-12 pit passes $15.
