The 3/8-mile track’s May 1 Spring Spectacular for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the seventh annual Gold Crown Midget Nationals on Sept. 4-5 will be broadcast live, giving fans who can’t attend in person the chance to still catch all the competition.

Both pay-per-view broadcasts will be handled by motorsports media companies with plenty of experience presenting live internet coverage of short-track racing. Dirt Late Model news site DirtonDirt.com will cover the $10,000-to-win Lucas Oil Series program, while thecushion.com will broadcast the Gold Crown Midget Nationals weekend that features a USAC Midget headliner boasting a $10,000 top prize.

DirtonDirt.com is well known in the industry for its unprecedented daily coverage of Dirt Late Model racing and pay-per-view broadcasts of approximately 40 races per season, including the the Dream and World at Eldora Speedway; the Wild West Shootout in Tucson, Ariz.; the DIRTcar Nationals at Florida’s Volusia Speedway Park; and Cedar Lake Speedway’s USA Nationals. The website thecushion.com provides live and on-demand video coverage of dozens of open-wheel events, including sprint car racing’s famed Knoxville Nationals.

The live pay-per-view coverage of Tri-City’s events will include all racing action (including support divisions) plus enhancements such as exclusive interviews and instant replays.

Tri-City’s May 1 Lucas Oil Series program will also include racing for the UMP DIRTcar modified and B-modified divisions. The Gold Crown Midget Nationals — featuring a $3,000-to-win USAC Midget event on Fri., Sept. 4, leading into the big-money finale on Sat., Sept. 5 — will be accented by full MOWA 410 Sprint Car cards on both Friday and Saturday.

Pricing and ordering information for Tri-City’s pay-per-view broadcasts is available at DirtonDirt.com (Lucas Oil Series) and thecushion.com (Gold Crown Midget Nationals).
