Bloomington, IL (Feb 21, 2013) Feger Racing is proud to announce they have been chosen to be one of the 15 finalists for Champion’s Search for a Champion (www.AlwaysaChampion.com) with an opportunity to win $50,000.  Each of the final 15 win $5,000. The final round of voting for the $50,000 sponsorship starts on Feb 21 and runs until March 24, 2013.

‘We can’t thank Champion and everyone who voted for us enough,’ Jason Feger said, ‘Over 160 contestants submitted videos, making it through Round 1 and gaining a $5,000 sponsorship is major for our team.  We are very happy to represent Champion, a company who represents the best of our sport. Visit www.jasonfeger.com, click the Champion logo, register and vote. Fan voting makes up one third of the judging criteria, so we really need fans and friends to vote every single day during the final round of Feb 21 – March 24.”

“I wasn’t able to purchase my first late model until I was 24, so it has taken us a long time to get here, to build up our equipment.  Our tight budget forces us to run from race to race, deciding what to do next…a $50,000 sponsorship from Champion would be huge, we’d be honored to represent champion on and off the track.”

Champion spark plugs, wiper blades and chemical additives are products of global vehicle components manufacturer Federal-Mogul Corporation (NASDAQ: FDML).
