Fulton, MS (10/21/13) – Saturday night was a great outing for Eric Cooley as he raced to the victory in the Prelude to the Fall Classic at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) in his #33b Bryson Motorsports/Barry Wright/Clements Racing Engine Super Late Model. The win marked his tenth triumph of the 2013 season.

Via preliminary action Cooley earned the outside-front-row starting spot for the feature with Bub McCool starting to his inside. As the feature went green Cooley bolted to the lead, and never looked back on his way to his first-ever victory at the facility, which came over Bub McCool, and Chris Smith.

“I’ve been wanting to get a win at Whynot for a long time now,” commented Cooley. “This car was just awesome all night, so I have to thank my crew and sponsors.”

With the win Cooley is guaranteed a provisional starting spot in next weekend’s $15,000-to-win, 19th Annual Coors Light Fall Classic. Full results from the event are available at www.WhynotMotorsportsPark.com .

This weekend, October 24th-26th, Cooley will chase the biggest win of his young career in the 19th Annual Coors Light Fall Classic at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi).
