POWRiMILLSTADT, IL – The POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series and the POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Motor Series will head to Belle-Clair Speedway in Belleville, Illinois on Friday, July 18th. This will be the third time POWRi has visited the 1/5 mile dirt high-banked oval during the 2014 season.
