Kent Robinson Finishes 2011 Season with Top Three Finish at Florence

Bloomington, Indiana (10/26/11) – Kent Robinson concluded his 2011 season on Saturday night in his #7r JB’s Salvage/Mastersbilt/Jay Dickens Racing Super Late Model as he came away with a third place finish in the annual Fall 50 at Florence Speedway.

The team entered their final event of the 2011 season on Saturday night as they made the trip to Florence Speedway (Florence, Kentucky) for the annual Fall 50. Thirty-seven Super Late Models entered the event, and Kent started his night by winning his heat race to lock into the fifth starting spot for the $5,000-to-win, 50 lap finale. The feature would prove to be a solid outing for Robinson as he advanced from his fifth starting spot to record a third place finish behind race winner, Scott James, and Josh McGuire.
