The MARS DIRTcar Series has been sold to William Scogin along with John McConnell (owner of Clarksville Gun & Archery), Chris Scogin (Williams brother) and Mike Hobson (owner of Indiana Decal).  With William Scogin committed to operating Clarksville Speedway, Chris Scogin & Mike Hobson will be the primary MARS officials.

They plan to have an East & West MARS Series. The West Series will continue with a schedule similar to the current MARS schedule. The East Series will feature events at Clarksville Speedway and other tracks in the region.
