World of Outlaws Late Model SeriesNEW RICHMOND, WI – July 30, 2012 – Thanks to Roush Yates Performance Products, the fun will roll on long after the final checkered flag of this Friday night’s USA Nationals qualifying program at Cedar Lake Speedway.

The ‘Party In The Pits’ presented by Roush Yates Performance Products adds another exciting entertainment element to the spectacular USA Nationals weekend, which runs from Aug. 2-4. The 25th annual crown-jewel event is headlined by a 100-lap World of Outlaws Late Model Series paying $50,000 to win on Saturday evening (Aug. 4).

Friday night’s ‘Party In The Pits’ presented by Roush Yates Performance Products will kick off following the conclusion of a card that includes time trials, heat races and a dash for the WoO LMS and a full show for Cedar Lake’s weekly NASCAR Late Model division. Held under the famed ‘Big White Tent’ behind the backstretch pit-area grandstands, the bash will include musical entertainment and provide fans and competitors an opportunity to enjoy a relaxing evening of revelry before Saturday’s USA Nationals finale.

“I am thrilled Roush Yates Performance Products is getting involved in supporting this great event,” said Cedar Lake Speedway co-owner Bob Kaufman. “Our focus for the USA Nationals has always been – and always will be – to make it more than just a race. Roush Yates supporting our great ‘Pit Party’ is yet another reason the USA Nationals is the one event fans don’t want to miss.”

“Roush Yates is definitely excited to get behind another post-race party at a major World of Outlaws Late Model Series event,” said Brad Loden, the dirt Late Model program director for Roush Yates Performance Products. “The concert we sponsored following this year’s Firecracker 100 at (Pennsylvania’s) Lernerville Speedway was a big hit, and we’re looking forward to helping bring another night of fun to USA Nationals fans and racers on Friday, August 3. The ‘Party In The Pits’ presented by Roush Yates Performance Products will be a great way for fans and racers to unwind after a big night of racing.”
