(BRASSTOWN, NORTH CAROLINA) For the first time since finishing seventh in his Super Late Model and fourth in his Crate Late Model in the ‘Ice Bowl’ at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, Alabama back in early January, Ray Cook is scheduled to take to the track again this upcoming weekend (February 8-9) at Screven Motor Speedway in Sylvania, Georgia. The World of Outlaws Late Model Series will preside over the two-day ‘Winter Freeze,’ which will be headlined by a pair of feature events.

Following an open practice session on Thursday, racing action will heat up at the 3/8-mile oval on Friday evening with an $8,000 to win, 40-lap main event. Saturday’s ‘Winter Freeze’ finale boasts a $10,000 top prize for the winner of the 50-lapper.
