Feger worked past current Hell Tour point leader Brian Shirley of Chatham, Ill., and defending champion Shannon Babb of Moweaqua, Ill., on lap 29 after having a back-and-forth battle that saw them trade running position and racing lines the previous 10 laps. Feger then withstood an assault from Brandon Sheppard of New Berlin, Ill., the last five laps to earn the victory. Sheppard finished second ahead of Shirley (third) and Babb (fourth). Mike Spatola of Manhattan Ill., rounded out the top five.
