MARS DIRTcar Series(HARRISBURG, ILLINOIS) The Riggs Motorsports team is actively preparing their equipment for the upcoming ‘Tuckasee Toilet Bowl Classic,’ which is scheduled for March 8-9 at the Clarksville Speedway in Clarksville, Tennessee. The UMP DIRTcar Series will clash with the MARS DIRTcar Series in a pair of events at the Volunteer State speedplant. A $3,000 top prize will be on the line on Friday night, while Jason Riggs will vie for the $5,000 winner’s check on Saturday evening. Additional information on the early-season double-dip at Clarksville can be accessed by clicking on www.clarksvillespeedway.com.

Jason and his #81jr team are coming off a fast start to their 2013 campaign, as they were highly competitive in seven high-profile showdowns in the Sunshine State of Florida during “Speedweeks.” The Harrisburg, Illinois ace competed at the North Florida Speedway in Lake City, Florida on February 10 and at the East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton, Florida during the annual ‘Winternationals’ from February 11-16. Jason was able to advance his Rocket Chassis into six of the main events during his stint down south.

His best finish came on Friday, February 15 at East Bay, as he charged to an eleventh place effort in the $10,000 to win Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series battle. You can view a race-by-race recap from Jason’s “Speedweeks 2013” journey by logging onto www.riggsmotorsports.com.
